Diode Laser
Over the years, Q Italy has developed extensive research in laser technological innovation, providing the customer with maximum safety and the best results in terms of effectiveness in laser photo-epilation treatment, to remove hair in a progressively permanent way.
The Diode Laser emits a highly concentrated and coherent beam of light at 808 nm (+/- 20 nm), which is absorbed directly and selectively by the melanin present in the hair follicle.
The photo-epilation treatment is based on the principle of selective photothermolysis, according to which the laser radiation "selectively" targets the hair follicles without damaging the adjacent tissue.
By setting the appropriate emission modes, power and irradiation time, a slow and prolonged heating of the hair bulb/shaft is obtained. In this way, maximum effectiveness and the progressive reduction of unwanted hair are achieved.
Why do we use it?
The laser diode emits a highly concentrated, coherent defocused light beam at 808 nm, which is absorbed directly and selectively by the melanin in the hair follicle to remove hair in a progressively permanent way. Q Epilaser Space 2.0 uses a high-power diode, increasing the single-spot area up to 2.4 cm2. The use of a 3000 Watt power supply, the anti-reflection treatment carried out on all sides of the prism and sapphire that eliminates photon dispersion, makes the system more high-performing and effective than other technologies on the market.
